The National Center on Family Homelessness is creating the Community Collaborative for Change, a network of community and faith-based organizations in Boston's "inner core region"** that serve individuals and/or families who are homeless or at-risk of experiencing homelessness.
Agencies will be selected to participate in the Community Collaborative for Change by demonstrating a strong commitment to building their capacity to improve the outcomes for their clients, their agencies and their communities.
The benefits to participation in the Community Collaborative for Change include:
- Identification of and assistance in achieving agency-specific capacity-building needs, through individualized and group training and technical assistance.
- Participation in peer interaction activities that will encourage cross-site learning and support.
- A capacity-building grant of $15,000 - $20,000.
